This is a very rare 1971 Dodge Charger R/T, U Code 440 with bucket seats, automatic, and RWD. We do have a date code correct 71 steel Crank 440 and 727 Trans that would work with this car if our customer wants us to install them. Otherwise, this project car is being sold without the engine and transmission.
The Charger is extremely solid with excellent front and rear frame rails, floors, and trunk pan. We did replace passenger side floor pans with new AMD sheet metal so that the next owner can get right to the fun stuff.
This amazing car has its original fender tag, it’s wearing its original gold poly paint with stripes, and it’s a factory air grabber car with power steering.
It would also be an easy restoration because it has just a bit of rust on the inner trunk lid. Also, the rear differential has been swapped out with an 8 ¼ roller, so it will need the correct rear diff.
