This is a 1970 Chevelle SS, 396, 4-speed sport coupe. This coupe has been sitting in a collector’s garage for over 20 years. It was originally green with a black interior, rally gauges, and console. It does not have an engine, but it's not hard to find a good 396 or even bigger than that. 
It's priced affordably for the guy that wants to build one at $11,500.
