1969 AMC Big Bad Orange Javelin
Found in a local garage, belonging to the original owner, was a 1969 AMC Big Bad Orange Javelin with only 49,000 original miles. The original owner hurt the engine back in the 70’s, and the car has been sitting ever since.
This Javelin is not only in amazing, unrestored condition, but it possesses all of the most desirable features: its original 390 cubic inch engine; original 4-speed transmission with a hurst shifter; a go pack with power steering and power disc brakes; big bad orange package with a roof spoiler and painted bumpers; mag style wheels; C rally stripe; trim styled exhaust rocker moldings; deluxe bucket seat interior; twin grip locking differential; and the heavy duty handling package with stouter springs and sway bar.
This extremely desirable Javelin has its survivor paint, a new interior, and a freshly rebuilt 390 with forged pistons, fully balanced assembly, secondary oiling system to all crankshaft journals, rebuilt heads flowing through headers, and factory style exhaust.
This ultra-rare (maybe the only one like it) factory hot rod will be available for sale in a few weeks.
Priced at $55,000.
*We highly recommend each car is inspected by a third party prior to purchase.
